Refund Policy

1. Payment Terms

All projects require advance payment before work begins:

• 50% advance - Required to commence project work
• 50% balance - Due upon project completion

2. Refund Eligibility

Before Work Commences

If you cancel before work begins, you will receive a full refund of any advance payment made.

During Development

Once development work has started, refunds are subject to the following:

• Within 7 days of project start: 75% refund of advance paid
• Within 14 days of project start: 50% refund of advance paid
• After 14 days: No refund available

3. Project Cancellation

To cancel a project, you must send a written request via email to info@codenext.co.in. The refund, if applicable, will be processed within 15 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Third-party licenses and subscriptions
• Domain registrations
• Hosting fees paid on behalf of client
• Completed deliverables
• Custom development work once delivered

5. Product Purchases

SaaS Products (Digital Visiting Card, Garage Management System)

Due to the digital nature of our SaaS products, we offer a 7-day free trial. No refunds are available after the trial period as the product is fully functional during the trial.

6. Service Disputes

If you believe work does not meet the agreed specifications, please contact us to discuss resolution. We are committed to client satisfaction and will work to address any concerns.
