Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using CODENEXT's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Services Provided

CODENEXT provides the following services:

  • Software Development
  • Website Development
  • Web Application Development
  • Mobile App Development
  • SaaS Product Development
  • Digital Marketing
  • Communication Solutions (SMS, WhatsApp API)
  • Technology Consulting
  • Data Analytics
  • AMC & Maintenance Services

3. Project Engagement

Quotation and Agreement

All projects require a formal quotation and agreement before commencement. The agreement outlines project scope, timeline, deliverables, and payment terms.

Project Changes

Any changes to the project scope after agreement may require additional quotation and may affect the delivery timeline.

4. Payment Terms

  • 50% advance payment required to start any project
  • Remaining 50% payment upon project completion
  • For large projects, milestone-based payments may be arranged
  • All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive full rights to the custom-developed software and deliverables. CODENEXT retains rights to pre-built components, frameworks, and tools used in development.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information exchanged during the project engagement. Non-disclosure agreements can be signed upon request.

7. Warranty and Support

  • 30-day bugfix warranty from project delivery date
  • Post-warranty support available under AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract)
  • Warranty covers only bugs in originally delivered functionality

8. Limitation of Liability

CODENEXT's liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. In case of termination, payment is due for work completed up to the termination date.
